Property management companies can create profiles in HousingPoint. These profiles allow the companies to brand their names on any properties they list.

Property Managers can register under existing company profiles to automatically associate any properties they list with that company.

The opportunity to register under an existing company profile comes during the account creation process. After choosing to create a Property Manager account and accepting the Terms of Use you will reach a page asking you to declare your “affiliation.” If your company’s profile has already been created by another user its name will appear in the drop-down menu.

Note: If your company’s name is not present in the list you can choose to create it by selecting “Create a New Company Profile.”

Choosing your company from the list will reveal a form asking for your member information. Fill in the required fields to complete the account creation process.

Before being able to list properties your application to register under a company must be reviewed and confirmed by the company’s Administrator. You will receive an e-mail if your application is confirmed.
