A Property Manager account can list properties on the site.

Property Managers can be either “Independent” or “Registered.” Registered Managers are part of a management company; Independent Managers are not.

To create an Independent Property Manager account:

1. From the main screen click on the link titled “Create An Account.”
2. On the page that follows click the link titled “I want to list property for rent.”
3. Review and accept the Terms of Use.
4. On the next page, from the list in the “Affiliation” section select “Independent / No Affiliation.” This tells HousingPoint that you are not connected to any property management company or other property managers.
5. Fill in the form that follows.
